Coleman Home Services is owned and operated by Scott Coleman, a third-generation building contractor and native Atlantan. In addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Scott has thirty years of construction experience, both in a corporate environment and in business for himself. Scott brings a hands-on approach to his business, a wealth of construction knowledge, and a dedication to customer satisfaction.

Scott, his wife Lisa, and their children are long-time residents of Towne Lake. He is a State-licensed Contractor (Georgia License RBQA000227) and has been certified by the ICC as a Residential Building Inspector (Certification 5184749).
